Zachary Harr

Zachary Harr is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Edgility Consulting. Zachary has over seven years of experience in the education recruitment field. Zachary started their career as a 2013 Teach For America Corps Member. Zachary then became a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) before becoming an Administration Coordinator. In 2017, Zachary joined Uncommon Schools as a Recruitment Coordinator and was promoted to Associate Director of Recruitment (School Leadership & Home Office) in 2018. From August 2018 to September 2019, Zachary worked as an independent Education Recruitment Consultant. In September 2019, Zachary returned to Edgility Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant and was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant in May 2020.

Zachary Harr has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor's degree in English Writing from University of Pittsburgh.
