Arsalan Ahmad

Arsalan Ahmad is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in software development and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer at Edgio since June 2022, Arsalan oversees the development of the platform that powers Edgio Cloud Functions, which plays a critical role for numerous high-traffic websites. Prior to Edgio, Arsalan held the position of Head of Technology at zlick, where responsibilities included leading the technical development of a telecom-based payment platform and creating integration solutions. Previous roles include Lead Software Engineer at Clipman, where Arsalan managed back-end and devops tasks, Co-founder and CTO at Endshift, providing consultancy services, and Software Consultant at Intelico UK, contributing to plate recognition software. Arsalan began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Ingrain.io, focused on data analytics platform development. Educationally, Arsalan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, completed in 2015.
