Prior to focusing on DevOps, Nisan worked as an Application Support Engineer II at Volicon, Inc., and as a Technical Support Engineer at Check Point Software Technologies, providing Tier 3 support for various products. Nisan's career began in the Israeli Air Force, with responsibilities in network maintenance, system administration, and video system integration and troubleshooting.
