Benoit Arnaud

Benoit Arnaud currently serves as the Dean of Programs at EDHEC Business School, leading the strategic development and management of a diverse academic portfolio for a student body of 10,000. With over a decade of experience at EDHEC, Benoit has also held roles as Associate Dean for EDHEC Online and Associate Dean for Executive Education and MBAs, focusing on program enhancement and global competitiveness. Benoit is a Non-Executive Independent Board Member at Aguettant Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Management Board for the Future of Management Education (FOME) Alliance, wherein Benoit has also served as Chairman. Prior to EDHEC, Benoit founded and directed a non-profit business school in Paris, merged it with EDHEC, and has held senior roles at BIC, McKinsey, and Rio Tinto. Benoit holds a Master’s Degree in Science and Executive Engineering from Mines Paris - PSL and an MBA from INSEAD.
