Darwin Marcelo

Darwin Marcelo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Darwin is currently serving as a Project Director at EDHECinfra since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The World Bank for over 14 years, holding a position of Program Manager and Senior Infrastructure Economist from March 2007 to April 2021. Before joining The World Bank, they worked as an Economist at the National Planning Department DNP, where they served from June 2003 to January 2008.

Darwin Marcelo completed a Master of Arts in Economics with a focus on Theory and Economic Policy from the National University of Colombia. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2017.
