Jennifer Solow is currently the Editorial Director & CEO at Edible Manhattan, Edible Brooklyn, and Edible Hudson Valley. Before this, Jennifer was a Bestselling Novelist at Simon and Schuster. With a background in creative direction, Jennifer has also held positions at kirshenbaum bond + partners and Deutsch. Jennifer is a founding member of the Berkeley Food Institute and is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design.
