Delanie Campbell

Delanie Campbell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Most recently, they held the position of Principal People Business Partner at Edifecs. Prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner at Nordstrom. Delanie also has a strong background in leadership and management roles, having worked as the Vice President of People Resources at Medecision and as a Senior Consultant in Global Learning & Development at Avanade. Delanie also has experience managing HR initiatives and processes at Foundation 9 Entertainment and Umpqua Bank. In the earlier years of their career, Delanie worked at Washington Mutual and Nordstrom in project analyst and organizational development roles. Delanie Campbell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Northwest University in the years 1998 to 2000. In addition, Delanie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2011 and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015. Delanie also holds a qualification as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Qualified, obtained from The Myers-Briggs Company.
