Ramya Menon

Ramya Menon currently serves as the Head of People & Culture for Edifecs in India since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ramya was the People Business Partner Head for India at Nutanix from November 2019 to August 2022 and worked as an Executive Coach and Talent Management Consultant while self-employed from April to October 2019. Ramya's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Soliton Technologies, Flipkart, IBM India Pvt Ltd, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and 24/7 Customer, where responsibilities spanned talent management, HR operations, and leadership development. Ramya holds a Master's degree in International Business with a focus on International Marketing and Logistics from PSG Institute of Management.
