Jill Molinaro Silvestri

Jill Molinaro Silvestri has extensive experience across various educational and consulting roles, currently serving as an Instructional Paraeducator at Edina Public Schools since August 2022. Jill is the founder of Sky Blue Pink Consulting, specializing in strength-based, solution-focused counseling for diverse populations. As a Senior Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay since 2007, Jill advocates for skincare and color education. Previous positions include teaching roles at The Blake School and King's Academy, where responsibilities encompassed physical education, health, and counseling. Jill has also gained customer service experience through L.L.Bean and Ocean Properties Ltd., along with teaching English as a Second Language in Jordan. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Education from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
