Kev Dhaliwal

Kev Dhaliwal serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Medical Officer at Prothea Technologies, focusing on innovative technologies for lung disease patient care. Concurrently, Kev holds multiple roles at The University of Edinburgh, including Interim Director of the Edinburgh Futures Institute, Co-Director of the Baillie Gifford Pandemic Science Hub, and Director of the Translational Healthcare Technologies Group. Kev is also a Co-Founder of Edinburgh Molecular Imaging Ltd and a Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at NHS Lothian. With a background in interdisciplinary research, Kev's expertise spans clinical and commercial translation of healthcare technologies, particularly in the realm of molecular imaging and biophotonics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Inflammation and Imaging Technology, an MBBS, and BSc in Medical Microbiology, complemented by a fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians.
