Jyoti Marwaha, MSHRM, PHR, CPCC, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Edison Electric Institute since July 2024 and as a Human Resources Consultant for the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), Jyoti has previously held significant roles, including Talent Director at ILPA and Senior Human Resources Manager at the National Governors Association. With a strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, Jyoti has successfully spearheaded initiatives that enhance organizational culture and workforce development.
