Amy Ford Pressler

VP, Federal Public Affairs at Edison International

Amy Pressler is vice president of Federal Public Affairs at Edison International, the parent company of Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. Pressler leads Edison International’s Washington, D.C. office, focusing on strategic outreach and planning around legislative and regulatory efforts, developing policy and strategy to advocate the company’s position on critical issues and managing the company’s relationships with legislators, committees and regulatory agencies. Additionally, Pressler works on behalf of SCE, as well as all of Edison Energy’s competitive affiliates.

Before joining Edison International, Pressler worked on Capitol Hill, serving as a legislative assistant for two members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Pressler serves as a board member for the California State Society in Washington, D.C.

Pressler received her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in political science and her MBA from the University of Maryland.
