Jennifer Bentsen Gordon

Jennifer (Jenny) Bentsen Gordon has a diverse range of work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Jennifer (Jenny) is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations at Editas Medicine since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Freeline as the Senior Director and Head of Trial Delivery from May 2021 to November 2022. Jennifer (Jenny)'sroles at Sanofi Genzyme and Bioverativ involved leading clinical operations programs for various treatments related to hemophilia A. At Bioverativ, they also held the position of Executive Director and Associate Director. Before that, they worked at Biogen as a Senior Clinical Operations Lead and Clinical Project Manager at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Jennifer started their career at Abbott Laboratories as a Clinical Research Manager, where they managed large Phase 3 international clinical trials. Jennifer (Jenny) also has experience as a Study Administrator at the University of Chicago, where they managed international clinical trials and NIH cooperative grants. Jennifer's expertise lies in clinical operations, program management, and study oversight.

Jennifer (Jenny) Bentsen Gordon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art at the University of Iowa from 1995 to 1999. Jennifer (Jenny) then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Health Science (MSHS) with a focus on Clinical Research Administration at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences from 2009 to 2013.
