Vikram Soman

Vikram Soman currently serves as a Senior Associate Scientist-I in Cell Biology at Editas Medicine, a position held since November 2022, following previous roles as Associate Scientist II in Cell Biology. Prior to Editas Medicine, Vikram worked at Rubius Therapeutics from August 2017 to December 2022, progressing from Research Associate to Senior Research Associate and then to Associate Scientist in Culture Sciences. Experience includes a co-op position at EMD Serono, Inc. focused on protein engineering and antibody discovery, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Miller Lab in the Center of Drug Discovery, where work involved cellular assays and molecular techniques. Earlier employment included a role as a Pharmacist at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited. Vikram holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from Northeastern University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
