Wes Douwes

Wes Douwes is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in the biotech and medical device industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at EditCo Bio since April 2024, Wes previously held the position of VP of FP&A and Sales Operations at Mesa Laboratories, Inc. from April 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales Operations and Senior Director of Finance, Sales Operations, and Business IT at Agena Bioscience, as well as an Independent Advisor, providing strategic financial guidance to clients from July 2014 to March 2015. Wes's career also features a tenure as Director of Finance & Sales Operations at Estech, Inc., and an early role as an Accountant at BrainLAB, Inc. Wes holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2000.
