Esme Franken

Esme Franken is a Senior Lecturer in Management at Edith Cowan University since January 2020, with prior experience as a Lecturer in Management and a Research Assistant at Victoria University of Wellington from November 2015 to January 2020, focusing on leadership, organisational ambidexterity, and workplace bullying.
