Dr Karen Cripps

Dr. Karen Cripps is a Senior Lecturer in Responsible Management and Leadership at Oxford Brookes University since September 2022 and also serves as a Lecturer in Business Management and PhD supervisor at the University of Winchester since September 2019. Involved with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) since January 2020, Dr. Cripps holds a role as Steering Committee Secretary for the UK and Ireland and leads the Climate Literacy Mentoring group. Dr. Cripps has extensive experience in higher education, previously lecturing in Business and Tourism Management at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group, and serving as an online tutor in various subjects for multiple educational institutions. With a PhD in Sustainable Supply Chain Management in Tour Operations from Leeds Beckett University and a Master's in Tourism and Environmental Management from Canterbury Christ Church University, Dr. Cripps is also recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy as of November 2023.
