Rebecca Quah

Rebecca Quah is currently a Research Assistant and PhD candidate at Edith Cowan University, with a focus on Conservation Biology. Since December 2019, Rebecca has also served as a Technical Officer for the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, participating in turtle tagging initiatives. Additional experience includes volunteer work in mammal translocations, marine turtle monitoring, and involvement in the Shark Bay mouse project under the Dirk Hartog Island National Park Ecological Restoration Project. Career highlights include roles as a Zoologist and Graduate Zoologist at Stantec, and positions as a Research Assistant at The University of Western Australia. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Wildlife Biology from Murdoch University, a Master of Biological Science from The University of Western Australia, and ongoing doctoral studies at Edith Cowan University.
