Curtis Bowers is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa since April 2023, Curtis also holds the position of Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager at Shade Hotel Redondo Beach since July 2022, and has been a Junior Sous Chef at The West Hollywood EDITION since December 2021.
