Curtis Bowers is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa since April 2023, Curtis also holds the position of Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager at Shade Hotel Redondo Beach since July 2022, and has been a Junior Sous Chef at The West Hollywood EDITION since December 2021. Previous roles include Sous Chef at Terranea Resort from August 2009 to April 2022 and Cook 1 with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2005 to 2009, where responsibilities included garde manger and banquets hot kitchen tasks. Curtis holds a certificate in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from HART HOTEL AND TRAINING INSTITUTE, completed in 1998.

Featuring 190 guest rooms and suites, 20 luxury residences and over 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
