Juan L. Ramírez

Juan L. Ramírez has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Juan L. currently holds the position of Director of Front Office at The West Hollywood EDITION since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Director of Front Office at the same company from November 2021. Juan L. also served as the Hotel Night Manager at The West Hollywood EDITION from May 2019 to October 2021. In 2019, they participated in a task force project at EDITION's The Times Square location. Before joining EDITION, Juan worked as a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hollywood Hotel & Residences from January 2011 to May 2019. Juan L. started their career as an Assistant Guest Relations Manager at The Standard Hotels in 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Director of Public Safety at IPC International from April 2006 to October 2008.

Juan L. Ramírez obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Italian Language and Literature from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Abraham Lincoln High School.

In addition to their formal education, Juan has obtained several certifications. Juan L. became a High Rise Fire Safety Director through the Los Angeles County Fire Department in November 2016. In July 2014, they earned the Certified Lodging Security Officer (CLSO) certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute. Juan also holds a certification in FEMA Certified Emergency/Terrorism Response and Incident Command. Furthermore, they are First-Aid, CPR, and AED certified by the Red Cross. Additionally, they completed the Shopping Center Terrorism Awareness Training Program offered by the Department of Homeland Security.
