Dr. Bernd Koehler is the Vice President of Global R&D at Edlong Flavor Solutions. Prior to their current role, Dr. Bernd held various leadership positions in research, regulatory, and analytical services at companies such as McCain Foods, Mars, and Wrigley. Dr. Koehler has a Doctorate in Food Chemistry and Medical Microbiology, as well as a degree in Food Chemistry.
