Prior to their current role, Dr. Bernd held various leadership positions in research, regulatory, and analytical services at companies such as McCain Foods, Mars, and Wrigley. Dr. Koehler has a Doctorate in Food Chemistry and Medical Microbiology, as well as a degree in Food Chemistry.
