Phylicia I.

Phylicia I. is an experienced education professional with a strong background in customer success and instructional coaching. Phylicia has held various positions, including Customer Success Manager at Edmentum, Instructional Coach at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Partner Success Manager at Tuned. Additionally, Phylicia served as an MLL Specialist at the East Harlem Tutorial Program and was a Founding ENL Specialist and Program Coordinator at University Prep Public Schools, where Phylicia also taught 6th Grade English.
