Todd Mahler

Todd Mahler is the Chief Product Officer at Edmentum. Todd has over 20 years of experience in product development and technology leadership. Todd has a proven track record of leading teams to develop and launch successful educational technology products.

Todd started their career as a VP, Director of Product Development at Six Red Marbles. Todd then became the Chief Technical and Production Officer at Southern New Hampshire University Online. In 2007, Todd joined Redbird Advanced Learning as their SVP Product and Technology. Todd led the product development team that launched Redbird's first proprietary, subscription-based online learning programs. These programs were subsequently acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for exclusive distribution.

In 2013, McGraw-Hill Education recruited Todd to lead their School Platform Development team as VP. During their time at McGraw-Hill, Todd oversaw the successful development of over 200 educational technology programs for major publishing clients.

Most recently, Todd has been with Apex Learning as their Chief Product Officer since February 2019. Todd currently leads a team of software engineers, content developers and product managers to deliver digital curriculum solutions that enable all students to succeed.

Todd Mahler received a Master's degree in Technology in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Villanova University.

Todd Mahler reports to Jamie Candee, President & CEO. They work with Frank Jalufka - CFO, Lynelle Morgenthaler - VP, Learning Design, and Chrishonda Smith - Chief People & Culture Officer. and Karen Barton - SVP, Research & Design reports to Todd Mahler.
