Irene Leng

Irene Leng joined EDMI Limited as Vice President, Group Human Resources. Irene is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy and transforming HR to deliver forward-thinking capabilities. Irene and her team play a valuable role as a strategic partner and enabler in cultivating the foundation of OneEDMI culture and employee experience that supports the company’s strategy and business needs. Irene is also responsible for upholding EDMI’s highest Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and Corporate Social Responsibility to further develop a safe and socially accountable organization.

With over 20 years of diverse experience in varied industries, Irene participated and led organizations responsible for human resource management, loss prevention and facilities management, procurement, and office administration. She has also championed a number of major business and economic events, including merger and acquisition integration, organisational transformations and on-going commercial partnership arrangements.

Irene holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of East London.
