Yosepha Tabib-Calif, PhD has extensive work experience in academia and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Yosepha is currently working as the Program Director for the Advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Academia at Edmond De Rothschild Partnerships. In 2020, they founded YTConsulting (Academia and Beyond) to provide consulting services. Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and as a Faculty Member at the David Yellin Academic College of Education. Yosepha also served as an Academic Advisor and Facilitator for the Azrieli Fellows Program and was a Staff Member for The Hoffman Leadership and Responsibility Program. Additionally, they worked as a Program Manager and Consultant at the New Israel Fund from 2005 to 2010.

Dr. Yosepha Tabib-Calif holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in the School of Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they obtained from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Sociology of Education at the same institution from 2004 to 2007. Yosepha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Hebrew Literature and Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they earned from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they attended the Mandel Leadership Institute from 2013 to 2014, although no degree or field of study was specified.
