Matthew Besich

Matthew Besich is an experienced application engineer at Edmund Optics since June 2021, with a prior role at the University of Arizona from July 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included handling customer and technical escalations, creating training documentation, and conducting training sessions. Previous positions include support center specialist at the University of Arizona, providing 24/7 enterprise support and achieving high customer satisfaction, and RMA technician and salesman at SWS Electronics & Computers and SWS Computers, respectively, where Matthew demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Arizona, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and attended Pima Community College from 2014 to 2016.
