Janey Brown's work experience begins in 2005, where they worked as a Personal Assistant, running errands and assisting with various tasks for multiple clients. From 2008 to 2010, they served as an Executive Assistant at Mizz Bizz Management, overseeing accounts receivable and assisting with tax packages. From 2011 to 2013, Janey worked as a Customer Relations Manager at 2.0 Agency, overseeing customer service and managing the office. In 2013, they joined Adecco @ Google as a Glass Guide, providing customer service and training for new users of Google Glass. In 2015, Janey became an Account Manager at Edmunds, and later transitioned to the role of Dealer Website Specialist in 2016.
