Brad Olander has over 20 years of experience in various senior executive roles. Brad began their career at Adhesive Services Company as an Engineer before eventually becoming Vice President. Brad then worked at McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate. Olander then joined Capital One Financial as a Business Manager, where they successfully turned around the Canadian credit card business. Brad later served as COO at Communications Development Inc, where they led the company through the 2001 recession. Olander then worked as CFO at Whitecap Capital, managing finance and accounting functions. Following that, they were CEO and Partner at GoldStar, LLC, providing business services to public charter schools. Currently, Olander is the CFO and Co-Founder of EdOps, where they oversee client relationships and provides strategic financial support.

Brad Olander attended Cornell University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Brad then pursued further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1995 to 1997, earning an MBA with a focus on Business.
