Brian Mulligan

Brian Mulligan is an experienced educational consultant and leader in online learning, currently serving as a Governing Body Member at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and as an Advisory Board Member for the startup Slick+. Brian provides learning technology strategy consultancy and training for Education Futures. Previously, Brian held the role of Head of Online Learning Strategic Projects at Atlantic Technological University and Head of Online Learning Innovation at Institute of Technology Sligo, with a focus on innovative learning technologies and the development of online programs. Brian possesses a strong educational background with degrees in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and has also contributed to various professional organizations, including the Sloan Consortium and the Irish Learning Technology Association.
