Ashok Muthu

Ashok Muthu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digitalization, process optimization, and service delivery within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of the Digital Accelerator and Director of Service Excellence at edotco Group since September 2014, Ashok has a proven track record in leading operational transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Ashok held positions at Axiata as Head of Regional Operation Centre and Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing service delivery across multiple regions and enhancing operational efficiency. Ashok's earlier experience includes service delivery management at Ericsson for Celcom Axiata and overseeing the Global Network Operations Centre at HP Enterprise Services. Academic credentials include a Master's in Computer Networks from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
