Elaine Koh Ru Yee

Elaine Koh Ru Yee has a strong background in legal practice, with experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial advisory, and procurement. Elaine has worked at various law firms before joining the edotco Group, where Elaine currently serves as the Head of Group Legal for the regional office. Prior to their current role, Elaine held positions as a Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel within the same company. Elaine's expertise also includes market entry strategies and managing commercial joint ventures and collaborations. Elaine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) from ATC.
