Cara Blaszka

Cara Blaszka is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Synchronoss Technologies since February 2019, where responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts for various departments, managing a global insurance portfolio, and preparing SEC documents. Prior to this role, Cara worked as a Contract Manager in Global Procurement at ADP, negotiating high-value procurement contracts, and as an Associate at Rotolo Law Firm representing small businesses in litigation. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel for Two Brothers Contracting, developing legal processes for a new division, and extensive representation of businesses at Spector & Ehrenworth, P.C. Cara began legal training as a Law Clerk for Hon. Lisa F. Chrystal in the Superior Court of New Jersey and holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University.
