Hamza Ahmad

Hamza Ahmad has extensive experience in the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Network Operations Center Engineer at edotco Group since June 2018, Hamza specializes in monitoring and escalating power alarms, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for installation, testing, and troubleshooting of rectifiers, batteries, and generators. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Service Engineer at Huawei Technologies, where involvement in the Safe City V8 project encompassed various camera and router installations. Hamza began their career as a Trainee Technical Support Engineer at PTCL, managing workforce operations and fostering new business initiatives. An internship at the National Transmission & Dispatch Company provided foundational knowledge in grid station maintenance and transformer testing. Hamza holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology.
