Loganathan Ramalingam

Loganathan Ramalingam is an experienced Application Support Engineer at edotco Group since December 2014, specializing in providing technical support and managing the ticketed query system. Previously, Loganathan served as a Service Assurance Engineer, ensuring the operational availability of RMS and maintaining system administration for various management platforms. Additional responsibilities included supporting users and liaising with system vendors for issue resolution. Earlier in the career, Loganathan worked as an echo Engineer, focusing on data conversion activities and developing reports from data stored in AWS. Loganathan’s professional journey began as a DEBUG TRAINEE at STRIDE ELECTRONIC, and education was completed with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from University Technical Malaysia Melacca in 2014.
