Caroline De Peuter

Caroline De Peuter has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Caroline began their career in 1998 as an ICT-medewerkster at ENGIE Electrabel. In 1999, they moved to the Socialistische Mutualiteiten as a Stafmedewerkster Nationaal secretariaat SVV. In 2001, they joined the CREG - Commission for Electricity and Gas Regulation - Belgium, where they held the roles of Adviseur van de Voorzitter, HR & Office Manager, and Office Manager. In 2018, they became the Head of HR at Deutz Aviation Group and the Group Head of HR at edpnet België. In their current role, they are responsible for the successful implementation of the HR strategy and effective HR services within the edpnet group.

Caroline De Peuter completed a Licentiate degree in Moderne geschiedenis from KU Leuven between 1992 and 1997. In 2017, they completed a Stress en Burn-out Coach course from Syntra AB, an Integrale Coaching Essentials course from YourCoach BVBA, and a Disability management course from RIZIV between 2018 and 2019.
