Bettina Menaldo

Bettina Menaldo has extensive experience in the field of training and development. Bettina most recently worked as the People Development Director at eDreams ODIGEO since 2015. Prior to that, they held managerial positions at Cimpress and Vistaprint, specializing in executive development and organizational dynamics. Before that, Bettina worked as a Training and Development Consultant at Epise and Mecalux, and they also served as a Training & Development Specialist at Aguas Argentinas. Their expertise includes designing and implementing training programs, project management, and consultancy services in the training and development field.

Bettina Menaldo holds a Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Belgrano, which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. Bettina then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires between 1999 and 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they completed a Master's in Organizational Development with a focus on consulting at AEDIPE Cataluña - GR Institute. In 2014, Bettina Menaldo enrolled at The Open University, where they are currently pursuing a Certificate in Online and Distance Education.
