Elisabet Abad

Elisabet Abad has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Elisabet started their career at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull as a student intern, providing administrative support in the Department of International Relations. Elisabet then joined CAT Barcelona as a psychiatric caregiver, performing various therapeutic and organizational tasks for patients.

After that, Elisabet worked at Manpower and Impulso as a Human Resources Technician, where they were responsible for analyzing job profiles, conducting candidate screenings, and identifying training needs. Elisabet subsequently joined Formel D Group as a Recruiter, focusing on providing services to the automotive industry.

In 2015, Elisabet joined Ricoh España as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the recruitment process for IT profiles. Following this, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at eDreams ODIGEO, a leading online travel group. Elisabet then advanced to the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in senior and leadership roles in various departments. Currently, they are serving as the Tech Talent Acquisition Team Lead at eDreams ODIGEO, overseeing a team of recruiters and sourcers and driving the development of in-house recruitment expertise.

Throughout their career, Elisabet has demonstrated strong skills in relationship-building, strategic partnering with stakeholders, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Elisabet is also experienced in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing recruitment tools.

Elisabet Abad completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology at Universitat Ramon Llull. Elisabet later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Universitat de Barcelona from 2013 to 2014. In 2012-2013, they also completed a Postgraduate course in Pharmacology, Nutrition, and Supplementation in Sports at Universitat de Barcelona. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Applied Psychology to Sports from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU i Col·legi Oficial de Psicòlegs de Catalunya (COPC) in 2009-2010. In 2015, Elisabet Abad took a specialized university course in Labor Advisory at INACTIVE-1338825318-Escuela de Negocios y Dirección.
