Christian Fentress is a seasoned professional in the fine dining and beverage management sector, currently serving as Market Lead and Brand Specialist for The Macallan at Edrington since March 2023. Prior to this role, Christian was the Director of Beverage at Baccarat Hotel & Residences, overseeing wine and beverage operations from August 2021 to March 2023, and held positions as Manager and Senior Sommelier at Masa Restaurants from January 2019 to August 2021, excelling in a 3-Michelin star environment. With experience as Assistant General Manager at Morrell and Company and Restaurant Guest Service Manager at Walt Disney World, Christian has consistently demonstrated leadership in beverage program development, staff training, and enhancing guest experiences.
