Will Balmford

Will Balmford is an experienced professional in educational technology and academic teaching, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Manager at Edrolo since July 2020. In this role, Will manages a team focused on achieving retention and engagement targets. Previously, Will held various positions at Edrolo, including Learning Innovation Associate Team Leader and Learning Innovation Associate, where responsibilities included sales leadership and training in digital resource integration for schools. Prior experience includes a lecturing position at RMIT University, redesigning courses for the Bachelor of Design (Games) program, and conducting ethnographic research on mobile gaming and public health. Will holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Media and Communications from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution.
