Senior Team Manager, Enterprise Customer Success at Greenhouse

Molly Blatt has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and positions. Molly started their career as a Creative Intern at Vanity Fair in 2008 and later worked as a Creative Strategy Intern at The Creative Coalition in 2011.

In 2013, Molly joined Argyle and held various roles including Account Manager, Senior Client Success Manager, Team Lead, and Associate Director of Client Success. Molly successfully led a team of Client Success Managers, managed major clients, exceeded quarterly KPIs, and facilitated the integration of the Enterprise Client Success team into newly acquired international business.

Following their time at Argyle, Molly joined msg.ai in 2018 as a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Enterprise division. Molly played a crucial role in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance customer interactions and delivered proactive, high-quality resolutions for clients.

Currently, Molly is working at Greenhouse Software, where they have steadily progressed in their roles. Molly started as a Senior Customer Success Manager, then served as the Enterprise Customer Success Director, and eventually became a Team Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Team Manager in the Enterprise Customer Success department.

Molly Blatt completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from The George Washington University from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also attended IES Abroad for a brief period to study Spanish Language and Literature.
