Dr Kshama Bhatia MLE℠

Dr. Kshama Bhatia MLE℠ has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr Kshama is currently the Co-Founder & Partner at Soli Kapadia International LLP, where they are involved in entertainment, event management, and artist management. Dr Kshama co-founded EdSanta Education in 2020, where they serve as the Co-Founder President. Dr Kshama was also a Co-Founder at HRXL 360, a provider of L&D solutions and recruitment services. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director at TRINITY FRUCTA LIMITED. Dr. Bhatia also has experience in education, having served as the Directora Administrativa at the Academy of Human Excellence, Mexico, and as the Founding Partner & Director at the Academy of Human Excellence. Dr Kshama has held leadership positions in companies such as Vinpack India Pvt Ltd and Food Connection. Additionally, they were a Founding Partner at Corpret Fox, a leadership development organization. Dr. Bhatia's work in the field of education and leadership has led their to be the President of Corporate Connections Global, LLC from 2018 to 2020.

Dr. Kshama Bhatia MLE℠ has a Ph.D in International Finance with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions and Privatizing of Public Sector Enterprise from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they hold an MBA from the University of Leeds, specializing in Human Resources and International Finance. Dr Kshama also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with a field of study in HR and Accounting. Dr. Bhatia further advanced their education in Hotel Management and Food Technology, earning a Diploma from Sophia College.
