Neil Pinder

Neil Pinder currently serves as External Moderator for the Educate Group since February 2022, overseeing quality assurance for ITT and AO programmes. Additionally, Neil is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Buckingham, focusing on mentoring and coaching teaching staff. As Co-Owner of e-spaces uk, Neil designs modular units tailored to client needs while supporting small entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes roles at Holderness Academy and Sixth Form College as Assistant Headteacher and Acting Deputy Head, where Neil achieved significant value-added outcomes and contributed to curriculum development. Neil also held positions at Wilberforce Sixth Form College and Archbishop Thurstan School, focusing on vocational qualifications and curriculum innovation. Neil holds a Master's in Education and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Hull.
