Aliane Umukesha is a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager and Regional Recruiting Associate at Educate! since 2018. At Educate!, which focuses on transforming education in Africa by equipping youth with essential skills for entrepreneurship and leadership, Aliane has contributed significantly to organizational development and recruitment efforts. Aliane completed a degree from the University of Rwanda College of Education between 2008 and 2011, laying a solid foundation for a career dedicated to empowering young individuals and fostering economic growth in local communities.
