Elana Pollak

Elana Pollak serves as Director of People & Talent at both BlueMark and Tideline since September 2023, contributing to independent impact verification and sustainable investing. With a longstanding affiliation with Educate! since July 2014, Elana has shaped the organization’s people strategies as both Director of People, Talent & HR and People & Global HR Lead, facilitating global expansion and revenue growth. Previous roles include Project Management Consultant at Consilio LLC, Pro Bono Consultant at UNICEF, and Complex Commercial Litigation Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where Elana represented major corporations in various legal matters. Elana holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an M.S.S.W. from Columbia University School of Social Work.
