Alicia Taylor

Alicia Taylor is an experienced education and data professional, currently serving as the Technical Delivery Lead at Education Analytics since March 2023. Previously, Alicia held the position of Director of Data and Technology at LEAD Public Schools and served as the National Deputy Director of Data Systems and Strategy at Great Oaks Charter Schools. Additional roles include Data Analyst at KIPP Nashville and the Tennessee Department of Education, as well as a Public Policy Fellow with the Tennessee State Board of Education. Early in Alicia's career, experience was gained as a Middle School Spanish Teacher at Two Rivers Public Charter School and a High School Spanish Teacher with Teach For America. Alicia's academic background comprises a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Miami, a Certificate in Data Science from Nashville Software School, and a Master’s Degree in Education Policy and Leadership from American University.
