Alister Bould

Alister Bould is an experienced leader in governance and education, currently serving as the Head of Governance Programmes (Outreach & Recruitment) at Education and Employers Taskforce since June 2017. In this role, Alister recruits skilled volunteers to serve as governors in state schools and on Further Education boards throughout England, while also promoting the importance of school governance. Previously, Alister managed contracts for the Education and Training Foundation and held the position of London Development Manager at Ahead Partnership, successfully establishing a new office and creating impactful pupil-engagement activities. Alister's legal expertise was honed during a long tenure at Pinsent Masons, where responsibilities included leading a team to enhance service efficiency within the Real Estate Group. Alister holds an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge, following education at Giggleswick School.
