Brian McDermott

Brian McDermott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, counseling, and military leadership. Currently serving as a Student Success Manager at Education at Work since September 2022, Brian previously held the role of Recruiter Assistant at Slone Partners, where responsibilities included coordinating schedules and engaging with C-suite candidates. Brian's experience as an Elementary School Counselor at Miller School District involved providing guidance and support to students while collaborating with parents and educators. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Brian's military career includes various leadership positions where responsibilities encompassed operations training and mentoring Iraqi Army units.
