Demetria Ingram

Demetria Ingram, MD, currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Education at Work, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Demetria held various titles at Accolade, Inc. and HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where responsibilities included managing corporate instruction, overseeing global training transformation, and developing learning interventions to meet business needs. Demetria began a career in training with positions ranging from Operations Trainer at West Corporation to Team Leader in Operations. Additionally, Demetria has experience as a Research Assistant at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Academically, Demetria earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina A&T State University.
