Kenan Sabic has been working in customer service since 2017, starting as a Student Ambassador assisting with Microsoft Office suite. Over the years, Kenan has transitioned into leadership roles, such as Quality Analyst and Customer Service Team Lead at Education at Work. Kenan's experience includes coaching agents, troubleshooting technology, and ensuring a positive work-life balance for college students.
