Rachel Besley

Rachel Besley is a seasoned professional in safeguarding and child protection, currently serving as a Senior Safeguarding Specialist at Education Cannot Wait since October 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, Rachel has contributed to the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office as an Independent Reference Group member addressing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment since July 2019.
